Our very first Thursday evening KOOKS Demonstration and Supper happened last night. We welcomed five lovely guests to our home where Kevin prepared Irish Tuna (cooked three ways) followed by Breast of Duck with Wild Mushroom Sauce and finally some locally picked Apples with Seasonal Blackberries and Sabayon. Although scheduled to finish at 9.30pm the evening went on an additional hour as too much chat and banter happily got in the way of clock watching. We look forward to hosting many more such evenings.
