Cancellation Policy
Class fees must be paid for in advance online. Kevin Thornton's KOOKS reserves the right,under circumstances that are not avoidable, to change the date or content of any course or to cancel a course at any time. Kevin Thornton's KOOKS shall be under no liability whatsoever, for any loss, injury or damage to students or their property, whether in respect of any neglect, act or omission by the school, its agents or employees. If a participant wishes to cancel a course, a full refund will be made provided the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the original booking. Vouchers are redeemable against all offered courses and events. In the case of a voucher being used to book a class that is then cancelled by the school or the voucher recipient, the voucher may be used against future classes or events. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Fees cannot be refunded if classes are missed through illness or any other reason. Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect the customer's statutory entitlements under the sale of goods and supply of services legislation.
