We had a wonderful weekend welcoming some more KOOKS for our courses on Friday and Saturday. On Friday Easy Entertaining our KOOKS made Wild Mushroom Risotto, Quail wrapped in Brioche and Warm Chocolate Fondant. Three delicious courses and lashings of fun was had by all.
On Saturday we held our first Pasta KOOKS course and lots of delicious ravioli filled with shrimp mousse and fabulous tagliatelle was handmade by our enthusiastic and fun filled KOOKS.
